Brain Food

Hey guys,

I usually talk to my clients about what to put into their bodies as well as what they can get out of it, but today I thought we should talk about what we should put into our minds. Let's get one thing perfectly straight, just like "we are what we eat", we are what we think also! It is important to constantly fill our minds with positive, reinforcing thoughts that will lead you in the direction of your perfect self-image. The perfect self-image is the vision of your ideal self. It is the "perfect picture" of you. If we have a crystal clear image of what, who, and, where we want to be in our lives then we need only fill our minds with nothing else. When you believe in something so strongly, it gets buried deep down in your subconscious and becomes your personality, your emotions, and your purpose in life. Unfortunately the opposite is also true. Negative or unproductive thoughts (or people) can have a devastating effect on our self-confidence, the key that unlocks our true potential. Remember this, the perfect self-image is directly related to your inner most values. You can not generate a supreme self-image that goes against with your deepest, inner most belief. If you do, then the perfect image of yourself is nothing more than a mirage! When you learn to live inside the boundaries of your core values, you can then be true to yourself and realize the ideal image.
